BE (Hons), MIEAust, GAICD, AMP
Chris has over 30 years of experience in sectors including energy, renewables, resources, project development and technology development in Australia and internationally. Prior roles include eleven years in Executive General Manager roles at Energy Developments Limited, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at ReNu Energy Limited and Chief Executive Officer at Solar Systems Pty Ltd.
He studied an Advance Management Business Program at Harvard Business School, has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales, is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of Engineers Australia. Chris is a Non-Executive Director and the Chair of Arrow The Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation.
Corey is a Commercial Finance and Accounting Executive with over 25 years senior leadership experience, working in multinational organisations as a U.S./Australia dual citizen. Corey has executive experience across diverse and complex Australian sectors & businesses including Transportation Safety (VP, CFO International, Verra Mobility), FMCG (Group Financial Controller, Metcash – CFO, IRexchange – GM Finance, Marlin Brands), Defence (Regional Controller – APAC, Leidos) and Health (Finance Director, Melbourne Health).
Corey relocated with his young family to Australia in 2010 as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of GM Holden before leading Holden’s commercial finance organisation as Director of Revenue and Future Product Programs. Corey is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance).
Grant Stubbs is Executive General Manager – Sales at EPSA, leading the sales organisation across the company’s key markets. He is focused on delivering customer-centric outcomes, building high-performing teams, and partnering with clients to solve complex operational challenges.
Grant brings more than 25 years of experience across engineering, mining services, and industrial sectors. He began his career with Caterpillar in engineering, before progressing into commercial, customer-facing, and project management roles with dealers William Adams and Trakindo. He has since held senior leadership positions across the industrial and mining services industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), a Master of Business Administration, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Amanda is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the construction, building materials, and manufacturing industries. As the General Manager of Rental Solutions, Amanda joins the leadership team with a proven track record in driving business strategy and digital transformation.
Amanda holds an MBA with distinction from QUT, utilising her expertise to foster sustainable growth and profitable financial performance. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and high performance. She takes pride in developing people and creating diverse and empowered teams that are motivated to deliver.
M.Bus. HRM & IR, BA (Psychology)
Helen Hovenga is a senior People & Culture executive with over two decades of experience partnering with CEOs, Boards and Executive teams across some of Australia’s most complex and high-profile organisations. She brings deep expertise in people strategy, organisation design, culture change, and leadership development, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes across industries spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, fintech, mining, FMCG, automotive and retail.
Helen has held executive and senior leadership roles at Newcrest Mining, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Telix Pharmaceuticals, Nuchev, Impact Global Health the Commonwealth Games, and Carlton & United Breweries, among others. Masters qualified in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and with a Bachelor of Psychology, Helen combines analytical rigour with a practical, human-centred approach. She is an accredited practitioner in Human Synergistics, Insights Discovery, SHL/OPQ and Korn Ferry competencies, and holds accreditation in People Centred Implementation (Change Management).

Gemma has over 25 years of executive operations experience across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and automotive sectors in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. She has held senior and executive leadership roles within complex, operationally intensive environments, leading large, multi‑site operations with a strong focus on safety, operational performance, and delivery excellence.
A Chartered Engineer, Gemma combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial and strategic capability. She holds an MBA and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, recognising academic excellence in business leadership. Gemma is known for her practical and disciplined leadership style, her ability to lead organisations through change, and her focus on building capable, engaged teams while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder outcomes.
